1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using coreLeads ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by byCORE.

2. Description of Service

coreLeads is an automated lead generation and nurturing platform that discovers local businesses through Google Business Profile analysis, evaluates their digital performance, and engages them with personalized email campaigns. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other email marketing laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, billing, or daily email sending caps
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service

5. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you store in coreLeads, including leads, campaigns, and communications. We process your data only to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process any personal data entered into the Service, including compliance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed on a per-user, per-month basis in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may export your data at any time while your account is active.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, byCORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
